About CVGT Employment

Who is CVGT Employment?

CVGT Employment is a for-purpose organisation with more than 40 years of experience helping people find meaningful work and supporting businesses to build inclusive workplaces. 

As a registered provider of Inclusive Employment Australia, CVGT Employment works with job seekers and employers across Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania. 

Guide Dogs Victoria partners with CVGT Employment to provide specialist employment support for people who are blind or have low vision. 

Together, we support people: 

  • prepare for employment, including when to disclose vision loss 
  • connect with inclusive employers 
  • navigate workplace adjustments 
  • build workplace confidence 
  • maintain sustainable employment. 

CVGT Employment also supports employers to build accessible and inclusive recruitment and workplace practices.
